Medical Program
Physical health is necessary for our students to study and perform successfully in school and work.
More Information
Unfortunately, primary care does not begin to cover the full medical care required for many of our sponsored children due to unhealthy living conditions and chronic diseases in many of the their villages and homes. The CoG Medical Fund provides the financial resources for specialized medical and hospital care for those children who have emergency situations, require specialized care, or have chronic health conditions, such as our children who are HIV positive. The Medical Fund also pays for healthy living workshops, conducted by our staff, for our students in both primary and secondary schools. These workshops include HIV and AIDS education based upon the Uganda Ministry of Education HIV/AIDS curriculum.
Please help us to ensure all our children have access to proper medical care whenever needed.
