Shamimu Babirye

Shamimu Babirye has been attending Nanwezi Primary School in the Primary 4 Class, but her family finds it increasingly difficult to obtain funds for education of the children. Her father died a few years ago and she and her mother live with a grandmother and four others in a tiny hut.
Shamimu has a good attendance record at school and her performance seems to be satisfactory. Your sponsorship will alleviate her worry about the school fees.
Washing dishes and helping with the cooking are ways that Shamimu helps her mother and grandmother. Watching the younger children also occupies her time. She often entertains them with her singing and dancing.
